Q:How do I make a payment for a product?
A:Once you have selected a product you can ahead and checkout through our website checkout portal. You can also make a payment through our mpesa.

Q: What are some of the furniture products you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of furniture products for your home i.e. living room furniture, dining room furniture, bedroom furniture ,kitchen furniture, outdoor furniture and office furniture.. We also specialize in customization and offer ready-made and custom/bespoke furniture. We will soon be offering our product range on furniture products with an additional focus on outdoor and greener spaces.
Q: Can I order a custom furniture piece?
A:Yes you can. The process for ordering is as follows.
Kindly contact our sales team thorugh our mobile no or email shown below with your tentative design and choice of material texture/color etc. Our sales team will connect you with our production team who will assist in finetuning your design to standard industry specifications. We will thereafter communicate the final cost of the item to you and start production once you have placed the mandatory 50% deposit.
Q: Where is your store located?
A: Our store is located in Garden Estate Thome. See our location tab for ho to find us. For our online customers we offer payment after delivery for all ready items on our catalogue for enhanced customer satisfaction. We require a standard non refundable delivery fee before shipping items to our customers.
Q: Do you have a delivery fee?
A: We charge a standard delivery fee of 3000/= on all deliveries within the greater Nairobi area. We only deliver items on Wednesday and Saturday. For deliveries on other days the fees will be higher as will have to use our external partners who charge a higher cost. For customers who are outside the Nairobi and Thika area kindly contact us for an exact quote on our sales whatsapp chat or via call on this no: 0734284979.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For all online purchases we offer payment after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products. We will however require a standard non refundable delivery fee before shipping items to our customers. Once items are accepted we cannot accept returns/exchanges.
